Abby's Sports respects your privacy and is strongly committed to protecting it. The purpose of this document is to inform our users how we handle and protect information that we collect from people who use the Abby's Sports Collectibles site

Why We Ask For Personal Information:

When a visitor to Abby's Sports orders one (or more) of our products, we ask for the user's name, address, e-mail address, and, if necessary, credit card information, so that we can generate an Invoice and complete the transaction. We use this information to fulfill our portion of the transaction, including collecting payment, shipping the product(s), and following up to provide customer support.
We also ask for a name and e-mail address when submitting links for inclusion in our database. This information is used to send confirmation messages when sites are accepted or declined for listing, as well as to provide a means of follow-up with users should we experience problems accessing, at some point in the future, a site that was submitted.

Abby's Sports will not share or sell to third parties any individual information users provide us. This insures that users won't receive junk mail or third-party unsolicited e-mail as a result of using our service. The only e-mail users will get as a result of visiting the Abby's Sports site is from Abby's Sports. (Although we may allow advertisers to place messages at the end of our own e-mails.) We may, however, share aggregate information with third parties, in order to tell them more about our users. For example, we may tell potential advertisers that a certain percentage of our users are between the ages of 18 and 30; but we will not give an advertiser a list of e-mail addresses, or tell them personal information about individual users.

Abby's Sports partners with many third parties to help support our services. On occasion, users may choose to purchase services from third parties that are publicized through Abby's Sports. This privacy policy does not apply to information users give to third parties that may be affiliated with Abby's Sports. Any information users give to third parties is governed by the rules of the merchant's privacy policy. Abby's Sports takes no responsibility for information given to third parties.

Abby's Sports reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If we decide to alter our policy, we will post the new policy here, and from that point onward the site will be governed by the new document.
